REFUND REGISTRATION INFORMATION
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE REFUND PROGRAM
1. APPLICABLE CUSTOMERS
- The program applies to all customers who purchase products from Heli through official sales channels.
- Applies to valid orders that comply with Heli’s sales policies.
2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
- Customers must complete the refund registration form on Heli’s website.
- Customers must provide product review images and a valid order code.
- Follow Heli’s Zalo Official Account to receive notifications about the refund process.
3. REFUND PERIOD & LIMIT
- The program applies within 3 days from the date the customer receives the product.
- Each order is eligible for a one-time refund only.
- Maximum refund amount is 10,000 VND per qualifying order.
4. REFUND PAYMENT METHODS
- Refunds can be received via:
- Bank transfer (Vietcombank, Techcombank, etc.)
- E-wallet (Momo, ZaloPay, etc.)
- Customers must provide accurate account information to avoid transfer errors.
5. CASES NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND
- Customers fail to provide all required information.
- Orders showing signs of fraud, invalid, or previously refunded.
- Orders that are disputed, returned, or no longer valid.
6. REFUND PROCESSING TIME
- After verification, Heli will process the refund within 3–5 business days.

Heli reserves the final decision on all cases applying to the program.
