REFUND REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

To show appreciation to our valued customers, Heli launches the "Instant 10,000 VND Refund" program when purchasing Heli suitcases at all supermarket chains, allowing customers to shop conveniently while receiving additional attractive benefits.

You will receive an instant 10,000 VND refund upon completing the following steps:

✅ Step 1: Scan the QR code on the back of the refund tag to access the ZALO Official Account and provide your Co.op Mart purchase receipt.

✅ Step 2: After submitting your purchase receipt, Heli will send a link to fill out your information. Provide the following details in the form: Full Name, Phone Number, Address, Voucher Number (as shown in the image below), Account Number, and Bank.

✅ Step 3: Click submit and wait for the refund from Heli (within 3–5 business days from the form confirmation).

📌 Important Note:

Complete the above steps within 3 days from the purchase date.

Successfully confirmed requests will be refunded via e-wallet or bank account as requested by the customer.

ELECTRONIC WARRANTY REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUITCASES

To provide the best customer experience and ensure rights during product use, Heli introduces the electronic warranty policy for our suitcases as follows:

1. Electronic Activation

To be eligible for the warranty, customers must activate the electronic warranty on the website: heli.net.vn immediately after purchasing the product.

Step 1: Visit heli.net.vn and select "Suitcase Warranty" under the Policy tab.

Step 2: Provide the requested information in the form. Ensure you enter the correct IME number on the suitcase (IME located under the barcode as shown below) for a smooth warranty process.

Step 3: Once the warranty registration request is submitted, your suitcase warranty policy will be activated.

📌 Important Note:

If the IMEI is entered incorrectly, the warranty policy will not be valid. Contact Heli promptly via hotline or Zalo Official Account to correct the information.​

Register for the warranty within 3–5 days from the purchase date (according to the receipt). After this period, Heli will provide warranty based on product condition and type.
